Here are some simple directions to help you.

Powerpoints:

To download a powerpoint, do the following:

1.click on the title of the powerpoint and a box will pop up

2.click save (in my documents)

3. now its saved to your computer so you can use it whenever needed.
(If you don't want to save it, click open and it will open in your browser window.)

Zip files:

Some files are saved as zip files. All you need to do to use/open these files is click on WINZIP and click "download now". After WINZIP downloads, use these steps to save the files to your computer:

1. Double Click on the powerpoint you want to open

2. WinZip will open itself up and you click on "use evaluation version". It will unzip the file for you.

3. You double click on the file name. It will open right up!! Its really a lot easier than it sounds!!
